TURKEY

Location: İstanbul, Turkey Job Summary: We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at TheLifeCo Products Business Unit. TheLifeCo is the leading health and wellness company in Turkey with its growing products portfolio and worldwide wellbeing & detox centers. The position will be directly reporting to the Business Director of TheLifeCo branded products. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement product development strategies from planning to tactical activities
  • Responsible for marketing analysis and planning including product opportunities, market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Lead brand management process (Forecasting, pricing, product launch, promotional activities, market and competitor analysis)
  • Coordinate and support PR activities
  • Manage the design process (leaflets, brochures, posters, visuals)
  • Deliver brand-related training

Requirements

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our team at TheLifeCo Products Business Unit. TheLifeCo is the leading health and wellness company in Turkey with its growing products portfolio and worldwide wellbeing & detox centers. The position will be directly reporting to the Products Director of TheLifeCo.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the overall strategy for e-commerce with head management (with emphasis on digital marketing) and leading the execution
  • Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, budget planning and KPI reporting
  • Maximizing the sales and profit potential of the digital sales channels through a commercial understanding of the product, customers, and our internal capabilities, whilst maintaining and enhancing the brand image and overall customer experience
  • Managing agency relations and ensuring maximum profitability
  • Facilitate the execution of ROAS targets
  • Optimizing and modifying the existing product listing & prices on marketplaces to increase product visibility
  • Running and optimizing global marketing campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks
  • Following up on market trends to translate into actionable product ideas (new product ideas, product/pack formats and labelling)
  • Plan and execute growth projects; monitor the progress of the projects and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion

Requirements

    • University degree in a related department
    • Minimum 4-5 years of progressively responsible experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in leadership/deputy positions at a mid-sized e-commerce operation

The Wellness Programs Consultant is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of health services to guests during their stay in Bodrum facility. Making sure that The LifeCo guests get full support on their well-being and healing journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Representative and spokesperson for The LifeCo Bodrum.
  • Greeting guests upon arrival, introducing to the facilities, amenities and activities and also briefing them about The LifeCo Bodrum well-being concept and programs.
  • Doing daily presentations and one on one consultation with new guests.
  • Checking on guest experience at least twice every day, and provide necessary advices, changes and supporting therapies.
  • Performing necessary measurements and tests at the beginning and at the end of the program. Also ensuring interim measurements and tests are performed as needed.
  • Deciding on the best program for guests, agreeing with on the program and making sure the program is followed. The Wellness Programs Consultant may also advice changes to the program during guests stay.
  • Coordinating between F&B department, clinic and other necessary departments, making sure that guests get the best outcome and benefits from their stay in the facility.
  • Educating guests on well-being as well as how to change and improve lifestyle after they leave.
  • Training of employees about The LifeCo philosophy, programs, therapies and equipment.
  • Developing new programs in coordination with headquarters and with approval of the management.

Beauty Therapist responsibilities include conducting skin analyses, giving massage treatments and using temporary and permanent application techniques. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with natural beauty therapies and good knowledge of skin and body care products.

Role of Patient Care Coordinator:

Responds to all enquiries and requests for information from prospective patients regarding cancer recovery/treatment program and services at The LifeCo.
Supports the family members and friends of the patients by responding to their inquiries and requests for information about the center, its programs and services

Responsibility of Patient Care Coordinator:

  • Take initial Potential Patient enquiries assigned under his/her name on Hubspot.
  • Answer all questions PP may have about the center.
  • Discuss all aspects of applicable programs.
  • Schedule follow-up tasks (i.e. calls/emails)
  • Make necessary follow-up calls until contacted.
  • Do the necessary screening to verify the eligibility.
  • Refer the financially not eligible patients to detox programs.
  • Refer other detox requests to the Sales & Marketing Director for him/her to distribute to the detox sales team.
  • Schedule Initial Potential Patient Call with doctor and attend the call.
  • Work on the development and pricing of the treatment plan.
  • Close the sales.
  • Make sure that the patient understands the cancellation policy well.
  • Register the deal stages as well as all the actions accurately in Hubspot.
  • Make outbound sales calls/receive calls and create one-one relationship that supports The LifeCo customers throughout all functions of site journey.
  • Drive sales while improving our customers overall lifetime value.
  • Provide expert level guidance and knowledge to customers regarding the services.
  • Help to brand The LifeCo as experts in the wellness industry while creating a personal sales experience for our customers.
  • Create authentic and sincere interactions with individual customers.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding the calling and handling of customers.
